@krzyzanowskim I have had it on and off for several years. Was able to correlate it with certain exercises, which I stopped doing. Found some good videos on YouTube that helped me eliminate it via proper exercises. Bad posture also aggravates it. Of course YMMV. There are multiple causes, but if this video helps you avoid surgery…
@krzyzanowskim oof, my dad deals with this on and off. He did get some relief from acupuncture (and he is the absolute last person I ever thought I’d hear admit that)
@krzyzanowskim aw man, that sucks. I had it a few years back. I can recommend you some magicians in Warsaw that might fix it for you (no surgery). It worked for me!
@krzyzanowskim@dave yeah, my spine was probably damaged during childbirth, I did not know for a long time, a few years ago with effort I got the first attack of sciatica. The only permanent solution is surgery. It came out on MRI. I don’t want to scare you! But the MRI is important as fuck. Finger crossed, i hope it’s gonna be easier in your case.
