@hypercube Yeah, I’m getting a few reports from people of that error happening during Teachable’s checkout process. This happened on Friday as well during load hours but seemed to go away during the weekend. I’ve contacted Teachable’s support about it but haven’t got a reply yet.
I’m hoping this is a load issue on Teachable’s end, so I’m going to extend the sale for an additional day and hope that people have fewer problems ordering tomorrow.
Since I’m getting multiple reports of people having problems ordering (again), I think I’ll have to extend the sale for another day, in the hopes that the errors are load-related on Teachable’s end and that people won’t have the same problems tomorrow. 😬

I'm thinking it might be regional or maybe even a specific bank. Or, maybe it's just super sporadic and lasts a short time. Hopefully. Fingers crossed 🤞🙂

I can log in thru your site. I can not log in thru the teachable site. If I try to reset the password from the teachable site it says there is no record for that email address.
That just seems weird to me since it looks to me like they are acting as a sso provider… so they should be the one doing the authentication.
Also, I get the banner message to verify my email… but I get no email. (even after asking for the email to be resent 3 times… so far)
@philsplace That’s strange since they make a big point of claiming to handle all of that through SSO. It should be just the same auth in either case. it really does sound like they’re having a lot of problems at the moment.
