Albania is launching a feasibility study to build a railway line to Kosovo. 120-130km new route needed Albanian side, 70km or so Kosovo side to reach Pristina.

Given the state of each country's railways this looks a long shot to me...

@jon A huge first step would be introducing services to Podgorica.
A second one would be modernising all the desolate railway infrastructure...

@wrzlbrnft Even Skopje would be easier as there’s a line to Lake Ohrid.
