@R0B0_G0D The city freakshow is oozing with charm haha. Also, you know little guys like this went on so many imaginary adventures with their previous owners that MP44 could only dream of. For some reason that thought draws me to toys like this.
@SpinBall I should call him by his actual name...cough...Wagon Master. His card art manages to be even dorkier than the actual Robo.
But yes you've nailed it - he has a simple charm that the over-designed product on the left almost completely lacks. I think he's delightful, and I reckon I'll be coming up with some adventures of my own for him soon. Perhaps tangling with the Mysterians....🤔
@funbreaker@R0B0_G0D Yep. That certainly was a factor when I owned Masterpiece Megatron. I couldn't bring myself to transform it after hearing online rumours about scratched paint. The fun potential died on the vine.
@Uraael@R0B0_G0D transformers collectors edition items feel really egregious because the whole premise of the franchise is messing around with the toy and changing its shape

That $600 HasLab Unicron that came out a couple of years back? Watching Thew's video on the thing where it broke while he was changing it made me super glad I noped out of it early on.
