@lcamtuf we do this at Dropbox, I spend a couple days every year writing about 15 or so reviews. thus far I haven’t been convinced that this is better in any way than normal manager driven performance reviews.

@lcamtuf I do still feel like it's the least bad bad idea. The only thing better, if indeed hell is other people, might be to retire and go live in the woods.
