I had an opportunistic infection crawl into my lungs while I had the food poisoning bacterial infection distracting my immune system. It mostly got hammered by the antibiotics that got the food poisoning, but the last vestiges have been holding on for dear life, causing me to cough very forcefully.
Now I've coughed so hard I've strained muscles in my chest. Do not recommend! Turns out you use those a lot more than you think.
