Good morning fellow Mastos and hello to a soggy Saturday. Yesterday's trip to York didn't go as planned. MrsD's friend's husband got a phone call from the Doctors, just as they arrived in York, regarding his dad. They had to go back to Blackpool. 😟
MrsD, Wesley and I had an enjoyable day in York by ourselves and a nice lunch. Its a lot muddy by the river after the floods.

@suearcher@Steampunk_Prof I'm a huge fan of engines, of all kinds. My first (proper) job when I left school was a Honda motorcycle mechanic. After that it was Yamaha outboard motors and Volvo Penta marine diesels. That and GRP manufacture and repair.
@Steampunk_Prof Morning Professor. Yes, hopefully he will be OK but some things in life are more important than a lunch with old friends. We can reschedule.
Funnily enough, our pup seems a bit off colour too. He's fine when out and about and eats far too well, but in the car or at home, he just lies around looking sad!
