Homeless person, sleeps in public.

Gets arrested.

Goes to jail.

Repeats this crime when he is released.

Goes to prison

Eventually gets leased out as free slave labor by whatever private prison he is housed under.

The rich get richer. The poor become slaves.

We are literally going backwards as a society.
