@trusttrist Proton VPN can protect your internet connection from prying eyes, however, it cannot protect you against software that you've installed on your device. If an app has access to your browser's history, that's not something that we can prevent.

As a rule of thumb, we always recommend researching services before you consent to giving them access to your data.
