preinheimer, 2 months ago @evan It rarely seems like creating laws around specific companies make sense. If they have privacy concerns, write a privacy law that applies to everyone. If they don't like data going to China outlaw data going to China. Don't write a law for tiktok, write a law that bans what they don't like about tiktok.
