@ramsey@saki The immediate need is follow-the-sun coverage for when stuff is broken, which it usually isn't. Mastodon upgrades somewhat fall into this, but mostly fall into US daytime hours so that's not really the sore spot either.
There's also a queue of things I'd like to clean up architecturally, but those items tend to benefit from being able to overlap time zones, so kinda the opposite of the incident reaponse need.
