The trail cams around our cabin only catch deer and small vermin like skunks but one day, a big old mountain lion walked by at night illuminated by the IR and ever since, I'm hyper alert in the bush.
The fact there are so many turkeys and deer wandering around tells me there aren't a lot of local predators.
