I'm sure it is.. but id have about as much interest in watching a piece on how israel carrying out genocide is of interest to USA security as I would be about hearing about how slaughtering an entire nation of native Americans were also in the best interest of USA security.
Like when your premise is that absurd then content is not one very high on my list to watch for the same reason im not watching flat-earth "documentaries"... like why would i want to waste time on something that low value.
@DrALJONES I told you what I think about something I read. You left a quote, I had an oipinion about it. A quote so abysmally horrific in its wording it made it clear there was no value in reading further, nor would it change my opinion of the quote itself, and I explained why.
@DrALJONES
Rings true, though I don't like to give that guy any points. /IF/ this is influencing US foreign policy, they should consider that for a former colony, you can't have democracy without some kind of nationalism, raising a national flag in defiance of colonial power was the first thing democrats in Norway did, when they got the chance.
I hope that the US will realise that for long term stability and prosperity, democracy beats playing power-games with religious rulers any day.
@DrALJONES I get that, and I won't pester you with a long tedious debate, just like to say that /to me/ he comes off as denying the Ukrainian people agency, though I have not read him at length. It may well be that helping Ukraine furthers the interests of hawks in the US, but that is not the important aspect to me.
