Premier Marlaina Smith says the carbon tax increase is “immoral and inhumane” while pilling a larger increase of his own on top of it.
This is the Marlaina Smith who is targeting trans youth, removing supports from drug addicts, pushes for the clearing of encampments, and is
sneaking policies (Alberta police force and pension plan), in through the back door that Albertans have clearly said they don’t want. That’s the list I find immoral and inhumane.

The feds should send out rebate cheques...many people have told me they don't get a rebate hecause they don't monitor their bank acct close enough
@NMBA@DavidM_yeg It's also straight up obfuscation by the province. They're reinstating the provincial fuel tax on the same day the carbon levy goes into effect and are hoping people blame it all on Trudeau.

Waiting for them to start chanting "trudeau tax" while filling their monster trucks...meanwhile the price of gas went up 10 cents this week before the long weekend and tax day. There's might be redneck riots...
