@ernie unsure. the SPAC basically handed him billions of dollars in prospective value via stock. he can lose nearly all of that in stock price terms and still personally cash out positive. meanwhile the company itself may run at a loss but it now has a massive cash reservoir so brace for a few more years of "truth"
