@sldrant oh, gods... good point, if messy politically. i suspect NI would still be where it kinda is now, a weird twilight zone, but in this case i would definitely see NI in the ECHR because... everything NI.
however, yes, UK would basically cease to exist and become GB right up until the point Scotland finally decides to rebuild Hadrian's Wall and quietly slope off. I'd be very much in favour of Hampshire becoming part of Scotland in that case.
well, apart from Eastleigh, but mostly only because that would annoy @jtonline
my chaos monkey wants to see Scotland leave GB, apply for EU membership, and have it massively fast tracked. what they would do to stop the "mexicans" trying to flee north of the border to a "better life" i have no idea.
