@maotsu In Poznan, you can go to Malta lake early in the morning to find a small “grandpa” doing loops to achieve a goal of 100km every day. He’s 80-something, knows everyone frequenting the lake. I sometimes ride with him and he’s in a great form. He’s been cycling his entire life and done more than 300k km. An example to follow!🥰
