Well I got ready to watch TV but had a massive anxiety attack instead then a huge cry. I just got really frightened for a bit. But I took some diazepam and it’s kicking in now. I know it’s crazy early but I’m going to try to sleep. Thank you for all the kindness shown today

@purplepadma I hate anxiety attacks. I feel for you. Diazepam is a helper for sure. Hope you have a nice long sleep and wake up refreshed and calm.
