@Alice we were just sold 4 years ago... Now sold again. Apparently, no immediate impact to us. The new parent company is not in the US and is market adjacent to what we do... So, they want us to become their US HQ while still offering the applications/services we do now as they are complimentary to their stuff. Could be worse.
