kkolakowski, 1 month ago @_Davidsmith Related heresy 🫣: I don't think we need databases and ORM systems (like CoreData) for MOST apps that are dealing with data these days 🫣 People seems to forgot how much data you can fit in just few megabytes. That's tens of thousands of records sometimes! Depending on model of course. You can read all of it from some JSON in a blink of an eye (miliseconds!), keep it in RAM and occasionally save back to disk on separate thread 🤷♂️
