Following his malfeasance and dereliction of duty during the Jan 6 insurrection, Biden actually allowed them to promote him to general and give him command of United States Army Pacific. Biden should have demoted him to staff sergeant and revoked his commission for his failure to come to the defense of the Capitol and Congress.
