@vwbusguy This sounds superhot! Stay hydrated and cool as it seems to be really warm. Might need to talk to one of those Socalsuse people and inquire about if one of them might still have a fancy sweat whisking shirt still in their swag stash.
@Mirppc CPU at 77C is not all that uncommon anymore with modern procs. AMDs, in particular, are designed to run hotter (90C is the upper end of the "normal" range for Ryzen 7 right now). That said, I would definitely watch your temps for storage and memory, because they still won't appreciate it.
@Mirppc Fun fact: The first python and Linux program I ever wrote was a cpu monitoring tool because I had a ThinkPad that kept burning my leg when I played World of Warcraft on it.
@vwbusguy@Mirppc my current system doesn't even start to derate until 99C, though honestly if it ever got that high I would probably be terrified. I did solid wire management and have a great cooling system though so it's sitting at a brisk 23C right now :D
