My favorite thing to watch is protests, especially student protests, going global. It's not only that it's not just one school—it's not even just one country. There's strength in numbers when you want to be impossible to ignore.
@artemis Me too! It's part of the reason I post so much information about them here. It's been joyous to watch them spread across the US, to Canada, France, Iran, Turkey, Tunisia, New Zealand, Australia and others. Now here too.
This feels like a turning point, because it's so multi-pronged, with actions against corporate investors, arms companies and governments simultaneously, as well as on so many other issues where we're being failed by our governments, like climate and poverty.
