superterrific, 18 days ago @rachsmith Raindrop bookmarking app says it offers full text search for PDF and EPUB with a pro plan. https://help.raindrop.io/using-search/#full-text-search I only have the free plan, so can't confirm. I use Omnivore for bookmarking, but they don't offer full text search for PDFs, and no indication that it's on the roadmap in their Discord. They do have a great Obsidian integration though!
