Greenseer, I'd been doing so well with my sleep patterns of late. Till last night. Felt tired all day, but had stuck to routine of long walk, etc. Had to take a short nap at 9 pm. Woke at 3 am 😳. Stupidly drank two cups of strong tea. Merciless restless legs kicked off. Gave up on further sleep attempts at 5 am
Hopefully, it's just a blip. Today's gonna be a day of laziness and coffee ☕️
