In my opinion it will not work. As we see in the current system that has developed and grown since 1947. One seemingly cannot protect a subdominant and weak group from being suppressed as history has shown. The land grabs, the control, the discrimination, the apartheid… and then there is the fundamentalistic polarisation of religion being a more and more dominant part of this toxic mix injected by Hamas, Hezbollah, and last but not least by Netanyahu… grim…
