Take care of your stress sources. Because of the ISP issues I've been subconsciously grinding my teeth and tightening my jaws. Consciously I've been over it for a while now, but I hadn't realized how bad it affected my subconsciously.

I'm suddenly down with a severe headaches, and I realize it's a TMJ headache, which my mom is familiar with. My jaw feels tight when chewing and my teeth are suddenly sensitive to heat/cold. And sometimes a bite can trigger a piercing and vibrating pain.

Trying some combination of meditation, head/jaw massages, and painkillers, but an actual cure is highly psychological (my mom took years to fix this).
