on the back, a bike rack with no bikes, driver has not let off of the gas while a woman and her dog are still crossing up ahead, then was srolling through just as they clear the lane, probably counts as a crosswalk violation ORS 811.028 (1)(b)(B) - a class B violation, $265 fine

@enobacon Our Lolo Rack obscures our rear plate on our Jetta. It has the swing arm, DO YOU KNOW HOW HARD IT IS TO REMOVE IT WHEN NOT IN USE?

so what's to stop the city from taking a list of license plates, sending the drivers a postcard warning them about this law and calling that their one free warning so enforcement staff can just issue a ticket when they find it? Mayor ted wheeler do one of the many things that are within your power to stop traffic violence challenge. 😒
