@drunkenmadman Staff love making logging a ticket more arduous than responding to and resolving the ticket.

"How do I log a ticket?"
"What option do I select?"
"I don't see X listed"
"What do I do then?"

@bastardsheep @drunkenmadman it is often hard to think of what would be different if the goal actually was to improve metrics by frustrating people out of opening tickets.
