@GottaLaff He doesn't play by the same rules. Why do people insist on treating him fairly? Just throw him to jail for a month, no phone, no communication, let him experience no first ammendment!
The judge is being diplomatic and, considering that he’s under a microscope to give Trump a fair trial, it’s good that he is. That’s the kind of statement a government lawyer seeking to uphold a conviction can point to do demonstrate that the judge was not biased against him, something that Trump will likely make his lawyers waste paper on during a direct appeal.

I have a dream....
I want 45 to croak in court.
But after verdict is delivered.
At some point his heart has gotta give, given his predilection for hamberders and diet cokes and covfefe and steaks well-done.
But I also want this to happen 48 hours before the general election so the GOP is truly fucked.
Back to reality. Tired of 45 being handled with kid gloves and being given oxygen by the media. Lock him up!
He's been warned already (in voir dire IIRC) about muttering loud enough for the jury to hear. Anyone else, even a mob boss, would have been sanctioned for it by now.
