@sun I don't know but I'm guessing they don't. There's probably something in there about that. They do want small start ups to have a designated Data Protection Officer though who can't have a "conflict of interest" with senior management.

In a small start up, basically everybody is senior management lmao

@lain @arcana yeah i used to call them that. making laws based on "busting a pinata" or whatever metaphor.

like it's not well thought out, its not about making sure The System has correct incentives and functions, it's just about popping a pinata because i hate google or tiktok or whatever.
