Were there any old phones that could browse WAP over wifi?

@ActionRetro mum had one I’m sure of it. Wish I knew the model. It was a Nokia bar phone and I am positive it had wifi.

If I find the model number I’ll let you know.

Otherwise Nokia N95 was a 3G device that supported the WAP 2.0 protocol and had wifi.

@ActionRetro My Sony Ericsson C905 was a traditional feature phone with Wi-Fi

It also had a proper Xenon (not LED!) flash for the camera

@ActionRetro maaaybe the Nokia n95? It definitely had a weird WiFi implementation.

@ActionRetro I think some non-Nokia S60 series phones could. Check the Samsung GT-i8510.
