Gets more from time to time as I'm ripping all my CDs to FLAC to store best quality in Jellyfin. Still 100-150 discs to add.

My wish for high audio quality goes so far I buy some digital albums again after more than 15 years. Was only mp3 back then, now it's FLAC, sometimes remastered.
@thomas i had around 140 then i Switched to Apple and the Apps for Apple dont work well so i had to use a commercial. Maybe i can set up one again of someone says the apps are much better now
@bestiaexmachina jepp! Und man kann dort auch Filme etc ablegen. Wenn man sie z.B. über Mediathekviewweb von den ÖR Mediatheken heruntergeladen hat ;-)
Ich habe es auf einem Rock64 Board laufen. Das war damals stärker als ein Raspi. Mittlerweile würde ich zu etwas leistungsfähigerem greifen. Das Ding ist schon ca 6 Jahre alt und tut sich mit Jellyfin mittlerweile ziemlich hart.
Vllt ein Raspi 5? Oder einen kleinen Intel NUC oder so. Der kann dann auch Video Transcoding ...
@bestiaexmachina@thomas Bei den aktuellen Preisen würde ich definitiv keinen RasPi kaufen. Preis-Leistung ist einfach sehr, sehr unattraktiv, wenn man nicht explizit einen Pi für z.B. die GPIO Pins braucht.
Für den Preis eines Pi4 oder 5 8GB bekommste auch nen Intel Mini-PC der viel mehr bietet und kaum mehr energie braucht.
Vielleicht könnte jellyfin sogar auf eurem NAS laufen, wenns nur für Musik ist ^^
