The most frustrating part of trying to get #unemployment benefits in NY has been that every single time I call them, I get a message that says they're experiencing high call volume and to call back later. Every. Single. Time.
@victor Thank you. It's been awful. I finally just started calling, hanging up, and calling right back. Currently on hold, with an estimated wait time of 22 minutes. I'll call that a minor win - it's the first time in literally weeks that I've gotten this far!
