WTL, Friday: 97 seconds of plank, 11 minutes of runner's yoga, 10.3 km of #running (13°C! with wind gusts to 40km/hr).
I was really tired this morning. Once I headed out and got running, I was pretty sure I was going to only to 5km, and despite the gusty wind, I cranked out 10km and managed to avoid the worst of the rain.
I do have to have a word with whomever put stairs in the last two KMs (which would be me).🤣
