nathanlovestrees, 1 month ago @asl oh yeah I know exactly what you mean! For this style of brewing I usually do 4g of tea per pitcher (which is roughly 250ml), water at 185F. First steep 2 minutes, 2nd and 3rd 15-30 seconds, and then 4th 2 minutes again and it works great!
