@graves501 Thanks for your reply, buddy! 🙌 The worst thing for me is not the 40 days, but that the updates are either non-existent or incomprehensible. For a while my laptop was even untraceable despite the ticket history. Still, I have to agree with you. I also believe that support wouldn't be any better elsewhere (except maybe with Apple).
