I have this recurring pattern where I procrastinate putting time into creating #art: the longer i put it off, the bigger the specter of self doubt, shame, and excuse-making piles up.
And every time I finally get around to just making something, anything, I instantly feel better.
So this afternoon I went outside, got an iced #americano and did a quick #ink study while basking in the sun. 20 minutes later and I feel so, so much better.
I'm pulling that poll I posted about the #cortado vs #americano. Because quite embarrassingly, I got the cortado drink wrong, at least as to how it's served in the US and Canada.
It is usually a ratio of 1:1 espresso and steamed milk not hot water.
I've been to local cafes that do it as 1:1 water and espresso, and had it that way in Europe. In Australia it's apparently a short black.

Wofür sind denn henkellose Tassen gut? In der Evolution der Kaffeetassen hat sich meiner Meinung klar die #Kaffeetasse mit Henkel durchgesetzt. Schuster bleib bei deinen Leisten. Ich für mein Teil werde bei der Kaffeetasse mit Henkel bleiben und den wagemutigen meine Tasse ohne Henkel anbieten.
