This melody with the ambiguous start is kindof a repeated theme for Vivaldi. He did the same thing in Winter, the beginning of one of the movements sounds syncopated but it isn't. It's almost the musical equivalent of an Escher print #BaroqueSun
This part here where the violins are playing arpeggios Vivaldi wrote these so if you hit open strings they're just part of the chord, I'm convinced, not just this piece either! #BaroqueSun
One of the challenges I'll be working on this summer when orchestras shut down is tyring to play more cello pieces on the double bass, burning 2x the calories with a much heavier bow and further to go between notes, and or playing way up on the fingerboard makes this difficult, but I like the challenge! #BaroqueSun
I've practiced this with the Vivaldi group we will hear in a bit, but this sounds off, it should be in B minor. I'd line up the violin solo 1..4 parts and loop the video 4 times. #BaroqueSun yes I love this regardless

This Bach concerto in A minor BWV 1065 for 4 harpsichords was originally a Vivaldi 4 violin concerto in B minor AKA Op 3 #10 AKA RV 580, Oliwia makes another appearance with her cello, then we'll listen to a repeat from years ago of that original Vivaldi piece. #BaroqueSun
