Can anyone help me? I want to make a freedom of information request into the decision of the government to take-down the #CFMA page. I've never done this before.

The Ministry of Health has taken down their CFMA page: http://www.health.gov.on.ca/en/public/programs/ohip/cfma.aspx. The page contained information to help Ontarians recover funds when they were unlawfully charged for insured services. The page now redirects to Elaws.

This is another step towards 2-tiered health care.
