Hey toy-collecting Fedi: Anybody interested in the Retro Cobra Commander that came with the HISS for an even $100 shipped in the US? He's very cool, and I thought about opening and keeping him, but I decided to wait to see how much he ended up going for on eBay, and I don't want him more than I want a hundred dollars toward my holiday bills. Also taking offers on the tank drivers since I got the HISS for the Dreadnoks.
Wild to see people on a friend's Facebook post throwing an absolute FIT over Hasbro "reissuing" HasLab stuff today when it's pretty clear from how fast they sold out that they were just clearing out a few spares. Unicron sold out in less than a minute. Victory Saber was gone in two. I'd be surprised if they had more than a dozen of either of them. But no, Hasbro LIED and REISSUED them. 😑
These two #Transformers#Micromasters that came with #HasLab#Deathsaurus are the best fidget toys EVER. Solid and sturdy little guys. I wish all the Siege and Earthrise Micromasters were this durable, but I don’t doubt it was a budgetary restriction that HasLab didn’t have to worry about.
I was out of town all weekend when this guy arrived, so I’ll be unboxing this beautiful monster little by little over the course of the workday instead.
Man, that box art on the front by @guido_guidi is something else.
Pipo and Boater! Already love these tiny guys. Something about them definitely feels like they had a higher budget than the mass-market #Micromasters, but that may just be the new molds talking.
Edit: On further thought, it might be the fact that they skipped the "combine into a handheld weapon" function that the other Siege Micromasters all had.
