Rasta, to ai

I forgot to save my descriptions.

Sometimes, I tell a little story, early in the morning, before I do other things. I was building images to match.

HOW FAR BACK, CAN YOU REMEMBER, AS A CHILD?
I was 3 in this story, Ontario, and as a background for those who don't know me, I was then, also. It's important to wear down my excess energy, I used to run 10 miles before work, to spare my co-workers. My father used to walk me around.
AI put a little boy (me) ON tracks!

Rasta,

All my life, I've had this image, from when I was about 3 years of age, walking with my father along the tracks, until they crossed a river, where the railroad ties (wood) was spaced evenly, held only to tracks, with no gravel floor. I was little, and my father carried me to the other side, and our dog, would not cross the spaces, so my father had to make me sit on a rock, while he went over to carry the dog. I remember him squirming on my father's shoulders.
So far..

Rasta,

The Dog's name, was Charlie Brown, he was a black labrador retriever, a gentle dog, that liked to dig in garbage and eventually choked on a chicken bone (all I know of his demise)
We lived in Petawawa, because my father was Army,
(It's all in my long thread https://mstdn.ca/@Rasta/110230589278631546 ) and I have two or three strong childhood memories from this area, and I was just 3 years old.
My wife has heard the description 100 times, but AI doesn't understand me YET

Rasta,

I keep saying, NOT ON THE TRACKS, but AI keeps throwing the little boy under the train. Also, too many little boys here.
I'm appearing older and older every time. I'm three. I don't sit still at 3, 30 or even now. The rock isn't near the tracks or the water. My father could not trust me that close while walked back, one foot on each wooden railroad tie, spaces open between, looking down at the river below.
Charlie Brown was petrified. I thought it was a long way down too

Rasta,

We're getting much closer.. but if I hit GENERATE again with the same description, this result might not appear. At least I'm on the other side, but what father would put his 3 year old son on a rock over the river? It's got to be further away.. like for safety sake.

This is very time consuming. that's how I lost my work yesterday. I'd go plant some trees, and come back to see what AI drew for me, type a new description and go fix lunch. I didn't save when I shut down

Rasta,

That poor little 3 year old boy is going to have some pretty big decisions to make if a train comes along?

I said, NOT ON THE TRACKS, are you listening AI, plus.. there were less hills. I said HIGHER bridge..
You know, when Wagon Wheel biscuits says they didn't SHRINK them, your tiny hands just got bigger? Well, that's BS too! BUT YES, the bridge was BIGGER at 3 than at 30 years of age.

Rasta,

It's not just what you tell AI, but what you forget to tell AI. There was no bend in the tracks, and the river is a little off, a lake on the right, a stream on the left..
I've been reliving the description in my head all my life, I should be able to talk AI into doing this right?
This MEMORY in my head, was so strong, that in 1980, my wife & I rented a car & made my first trip to Petawawa since I was 3, to find Said Bridge. Wagon Wheel biscuits seemed bigger then too

Rasta,

#AI #Thread #Petawawa You know, when we got there, it's not hard to find a train bridge. There was only one track passing near town. There was only one river, but in summer, it looked like a tiny dried up brook, not the raging river that a 3 year old boy remembers, far below the open bridge. Come On AI, do try to keep up?
So, to a 3 year old, the river was raging, far below.. Left photo, when in reality, it was shallow most of the year.

A railway bridge constructed of rails on wooden ties. There are no sides, no roof, and the tracks. It is about 50 meters above a small flowing river. There are a few scattered trees around the river. Crossing the bridge to the other side, before the trees, on the left, there is big rock. It sits 40 meters from the river, and about 20 meters off to the side of the tracks. Beyond that, is a tiny suburban village The bridge bends on the other side, a curve, and not so far off the water but the optics are wrong

"Dad, I don't want to sit on the rock in the river"

If you take two front legs in one hand, two rear legs in the other, you can wrestle a black lab onto your shoulders. Now, Charlie Brown wasn't going to take it lying down in a fireman's carry, he was wiggling and throwing my father off balance, as he stepped carefully from railroad tie to railroad tie (no floor, just rails on ties) and me sitting on that rock.. except. it was at the end of the tracks. But not there yet

I knew I was born black! I just knew it!
I must have lightened up over the years. Also, I look big, for 3 years old?

Little boy sits on a rock OFF the tracks this time, the bridge has no top or sides, a little community nearby and the river below.. Just working on my Tan now..
