"Nur noch 16 Prozent nannten das #Fahrrad als ihr bevorzugtes #Verkehrsmittel, 2021 waren es im zweiten Pandemiejahr noch 26 Prozent gewesen."
"Mit 72 Prozent sagten ebenso viele wie vor einem Jahr, dass #Autos … ihre persönlichen Kriterien bei der Wahl des Verkehrsmittels am besten erfülle."
New YouGov MRP analysis suggests that a Labour landslide could see Jeremy Hunt, Penny Mordaunt, Jacob Rees Mogg and Iain DuncanSmith lose their seats. And just possibly Michael Gove.
When it finally comes I know this is going to be an all-nighter. Can't wait to see multiple Michael Portillo moments. #GTTO#GeneralElectionNow#YouGov#MRP#LabourLandslide
Bit of a bullshit daily question from YouGov today. Anti-cyclist people get incensed by the idea of cyclists breaking the speed limit but in reality, unless there's a long, quite steep hill involved it almost never happens.
Ineresting result form @yougov#yougov on trans acceptance in the UK:
Cisgender members of the LGBTQ+ community have an overwhelmingly positive view of trans people
Never sure how much weight to put into the results of a #YouGov poll 🗳️ but it's very funny to see that #JeremyCorbyn is still (?) the most popular politician in the #UnitedKingdom 🇬🇧
The top five are all #Labour 🔴 politicians and the current Prime Minister, #RishiSunak 🔵 sits in sixth place.
Brexit regrets? A new poll suggests the UK has had a few since leaving the EU.
The YouGov poll shows that 62% of those asked agree with the statement that Brexit has been more of a failure than a success, with only 9% considering it "more of a success". A further 20% describe it as neither, while the remaining 9% are unsure.
It raises the question of whether the UK is suffering from "Bregret".
British peeps: I wondered if any of you can explain the Labour party and its position on #Brexit.
Background: I was reading a recent #YouGov poll stating that 59% of Leave voters who now think leaving was wrong would vote Labour (50% if they were unsure) while those Leave voters who still think Brexit was the right choice would overwhelmingly vote Conservative (51%, only 18% for Labour).
So campaigning to rejoin the single market would be a winner for Labour, no?
