The last result was 413umol/L - looks like creating had little effect on my phe levels. (Well, my levels before were 300, so could be? But before that it was 481 and 556, so… 🤷♀️)
Last week it was intermittent headaches and a sore throat, this week it's a runny nose, a sore throat and, as I unfortunately found out during my #running session, diarrhea.

Since I've started taking #creatine its effects have been gut regulation and sphincter strengthening. I can now hold it in even in such extreme conditions (if I walk instead of running)! 😂

The past few days I’ve been taking creatine powder. From what I can see on YouTube, it’s used by gym enthusiasts to help them lift more weights and recover quickly.
As I’ve been feeling quite exhausted from walking a lot, I’ve been trying creatine, and I can tell you I’ve been feeling far less sore on the daily! But the weirdest thing is that I realised last night I was having half the dose as I need two teaspoons rather than one, but I’m still noticing the effects!
