I haven't tried using a set of Switch joycons. I hear (from a robot) that they are Bluetooth and there are apps that can make two of them behave as one controller for Wii (nunchuck) games. JoyToKey, x360ce, or BetterJoy
Has anyone successfully implemented Nintendo Switch's :nintendo_switch_logo: JoyCon analog sticks to QMK firmware for mechanical keyboards? Any examples for wiring and firmware would be appreciated.
I'll use along with Splinky (Open source hardware, powered by #RP2040 , but 1:1 pin compatible with classic Atmega32u4 Sparkfun Pro Micros)
@heyfluxay - I play 99% hand held, and after 6 years of hard use, the rails have gotten loose.
Behold! A tiny square of duct tape at the botton of the rail, to jam the joycon in snugger. #Switch#joycon
I needed to drift-proof my Joycons, so I decided to replace the analogues with Gulikit ones!
This was the first time I ever opened the Joycons and it was a nerve-wrecking experience 😂
