Four of the past eight NCAA title winners have been from the Big East. The Big Ten title drought continues, as Michigan State in 2000 was the last winner from that league.
Reminder that Cam Spencer spent three years at Loyola Maryland and one at Rutgers before becoming an indispensable part of a juggernaut. And Tristen Newton spent three years at East Carolina.
Sadly Dick Vitale won't be on the ESPN International Feed because when he was the analyst on the 2018 Final every time Donte DiVincenzo of Villanova scored he yelled out the name of a different type of pasta (i.e., spaghetti, linguine, ravioli, etc.).
Let’s Go Hawks!! I know you’ve gotta be exhausted from that last game but you’ve got a deep well! Looking forward to an injury-free, great game from both sides!#NCAAWFinalFour#IOWAvsSC#MarchMadness

The Women’s Basketball Championship deserves to be In prime time. If the NCAA truly wants to promote women’s sports ,then don’t play the game on Sunday early to mid afternoon.

The notoriously dead Sunday afternoon time slot
H/T to Kelsey Trainor, for pointing out that
the women's college basketball finals today will get north of 14 million viewers... but will still not be aired in a primetime viewing slot.
One of the most watched sports events of the past decade! More than NBA finals. More than MLB world series. More than NHL Stanley cup finals. And they can't get a primetime slot?
This didn't just suddenly happen. The audience has been building for years. Last year was a huge indicator.
