@jessica my kiddo is having some trouble, diagnosed with bipolar recently. Kinda tough getting stabilized. So that's stressful.

But hubby is good, his work is good, we are renewing our lease and I'm feeling halfway okay and happy.

I’m not sure what I’m really going to do here on fedi these days.

There are many surreal things that come with the DID spectrum.

Truth is the people that know me on fedi really know that entity that was driving so to speak before 6-8 weeks ago.

Truth is beyond a body, I share so little with that person.

I don’t listen to music and I don’t play music. I mostly just watch tv and read and sometimes play video games. I’m hard femme as well.

This isn’t good or bad it’s just different.

I hate how dry allergy meds make my eyes feel. And how sleepy that then makes me.

But I also hate the sneezing, itchy ears, and general shit feeling that allergies give me.

My body is so fun.

As much as I love Lady Gaga, I find it careless of her that she did 5 shows while she had COVID, and that she seemed proud about it. There are several things that doesn't make this as problematic as it sounds: (1) she told everyone in her team and they could choose not to go to work; (2) this was in 2023 so most of the population have already been vaccinated.

But there are lasting effects to COVID, and it's just a bit insensitive to blurt that out in an interview as something of an achievement.

@teacherbuknoy I love her. But she can be out of touch, for sure. To put it mildly in this case.

I was also upset she did that, though clearly there is a lot more than 6 feet of space from the audience, maybe she was getting bad advice? Idk. Everyone makes mistakes, maybe some negative feedback will teach her something.

The beautiful weather has ended, grey cloud with rain predicted. My social worker is visiting today, this will probably be her last visit as I’ve thankfully moved out of my depressive episode. Just the clinical anxiety to deal with (“just” haha). How is everyone today?

I didn't sleep well, had an atrocious gruesome nightmare. But despite that, I'm feeling more optimistic than I have been today. Feeling lucky to have as much support as I do during a tough time.

Having a somewhat stressful and sad night. My kid is really struggling tonight. I can't wait to get her meds tweaked to the right doses and get things more stable.

I'm trying to catch up on the voice with hubby and drink a mediocre light beer. Idk. My heart isn't in it.

So on a less whiny note,

I am about to give kiddo her evening meds and get her in bed if not asleep. Hubby is working overnights this week and is at work already.

So I have the evening to myself. I have taken gabapentin and Aleve, and eaten a little bit. Wrote at least a few words in my journal. I think I might have a few beers and watch some stand up. I really need to unplug and relax. Any good ones I should try?

Awake in the night and trying not to dwell on Bad Things. As agreed with the 111 nurse, Tom has removed all the keys from the external doors so my only way out would be through the garage and the sound of the garage door would wake him. So no nocturnal jaunts.

My bestie came over to help me tidy my bedroom but when she arrived I was in floods of tears so instead she spent the time calming me down and listening to my anxieties. She’s persuaded me to take some more time off, reminding me I had suicidal thoughts only a week ago.
