So you write a company to get tech support for a feature you hope exists. Tech support responds promptly and informs you such a feature does not in fact exist. Then later you get a request asking you to rate the support you got.

Do you give them ★★★★★ because they answered your question quickly and clearly or ★☆☆☆☆ because they didn’t actually help resolve your problem/request? Or perhaps something in between?

@flohgro @ivory @MonaApp @Mastodon yeah audio has been supported by Masto forever but I've yet to find a client which displays audio posts at all correctly. guess I'm the only one posting tunes out here.

Currently working on sharing my full Home Screen setup for members.

Turns out it’s quite hard with a complex setup, because it’s impossible to capture in a static screenshot.

Understanding the depth requires photoshopping out every individual widget so you can see the full stack 😅

@matthewcassinelli I've long fantasized about shareable homescreen configuration files. (I think I assumed Apple Configurator could be used to that end the first time I came across it.) Like with an interactive preview that'd allow folks to get a feel for each other's setups without having all the same apps and such.

It'd almost certainly have to be native, though...

Anyway, thoughts & and prayers. Charge members by the hour for this one lol.

@lkhrs I get it. same sorta in the sense that I always considered it endgame.

8 months into Mk. VII ownership I would advise... if you ever find yourself in the market, hold out for a Mk. VI instead...

...so much senseless (some actually offensive) cost-cutting in this one. and the VI is definitely cuter in all relative forms I think.

Here's my #gaming #handheld collection!

The purple Game Boy Color was my first ever game system, followed by the purple #GBA and then the blue SP. The original DMG needs some repairs and replacement parts, it was a garage sale pickup years ago.

I use the #SteamDeck a lot nowadays, but I still try to make time for the #retro #handhelds. The mini #emulation handhelds can be a nice change of pace as well! Do you still like old school handhelds? Let me know!
