I want to play it, I’m just saving it for last since I’ve heard so many times about Sekiro being the best, the hardest and the only game that feels like your first Soulsborneringwhatever again. I missed a lot of From games due to not being able to afford a console/gaming pc and only got back into them with Elden Ring. Since then I’ve been slowly playing all the ones I missed and some similar games like Nioh.
US ‘democracy’ ist just fundamentally broken. All my life I’ve heard shit that dates back to Reagan, people always complain about it, yet neither party ever cared to fix things he broke. You guys really need more parties, but of course neither party is willing to change the system enough to make that viable since they’d give up power. That alone should call for mass protests.
More evidence that Turkey simply relabels Russian oil products and re-exports them to Europe as Turkish emerges from a new study by the Centre for Research on Energy and Clean Air (CREA) and the Centre for the Study of Democracy (CSD)....
I’m surprised you needed to research that. How else would Turkey magically increase their oil exports that much? I assume people simply didn’t care. They had their symbolic ban and didn’t need to decrease their oil consumption.
Give me that amount of money and power, combined with almost no repercussion for being a selfish prick to keep that life style, and I too may not be the upstanding citizen I like to think of myself.
I honestly think we would be a lot better off if decisions where made by random citizens - kind of like jury duty, instead of professional politicians.

I’m currently playing that game! Just started world 5 and with only a few exceptions, I’m running Rabbid Peach, Rabbid Rosalina und Rabbid Mario. Sometimes a map calls for Luigi, but that’s it. Same as your team?
Trust me, most German public toilets are disgusting. Railway station toilets aren’t even free and a lot of them suck. The ones within a train? Even more disgusting. (If you’re lucky enough to find one that’s not closed for repair anyway.)
My only windows machine left still runs Winamp. It may be old, but at least for playing my offline library, I really don’t know what they could possibly change. For everything else, I wouldn’t use Winamp anyway.
Hey, that’s Gina Rinehart, Executive Chairwoman of Hancock Prospecting! She recently sent me a mail about giving me ~$2.000.000, I should finally get back to her on that.
Aren’t there conervative teachers too? Based on their anwser, just going off what the image tells me, there are two possibilities:
Yes -> Being trans is what the children want, after all they are presented with both options. Not presenting the option denies them happiness.
No -> Being ‘woke’ is what comes naturally with education. There must have been something like the first ‘woke’ teacher and all the other educated people where like ‘Yes, he’s right.’. Conservatives should just educate themselves.
I vaguely remember reading about monkeys teaming up and beating others to death if they hoard too much ‘wealth’. If that’s actually true the meme is still kind of true.
I just set up xmonad because I was in the mood for change. Took about a week of tinkering a bit each day and I really like it. Afterwards, I was still in the mood for configs and looked at Wayland. There isn’t much progress on Wayland xmonad, so guess that has to wait.
That’s a common problem I’ve been hearing for almost 10 now - the software support isn’t quite there yet.
The main draw of xmonad is that you can modify pretty much everything, as the config itself is a Haskell file (the entire thing is written in Haskell). There are tonnes of modules to use, you can define your own window layouts and add whatever functions you can dream off - I haven’t seen any other window manager offer this kind of freedom (with the added joy of learning Haskell!).
As for the second point, about half a year ago, they started doing exactly this. Rewriting xmonad for Wayland. Guess I’ll sit this one out.
This made me think. What do Christians even think how different groups of people came to be? They don’t believe in evolution and they clearly believe humanity started off with only two people. And after you’ve cleared that hurdle, why do some groups suffer much more than others? Suffering used to be a punishment by god himself in their own stories.
Didn’t know that, I haven’t actually met a lot of religious people. But like, that begs the question, why wouldn’t God write literal instructions if he would wants you to follow them? If Adam and Eve are meant as a parable (why else include it if it’s neither true nor teaches something), he basically wrote a fanfiction about himself to get a point across that could have been written directly. There are no bonus points for creative writing if you punish people with eternal damnation for misinterpreting it.
Everyone may know about the dangers already, but I feel like the video has another dangerous point besides the initial first minutes. It tells you that you can stop after a few years and more or less fully recover (at least in terms of life expectancy). That may be factually correct (and a great point for people who already smoke), but in combination with the beginning can lead to people thinking they can smoke for let’s say 10 years, it’s awesome after all, and then just stop - underestimating how difficult that is, even though the video does say that too.
