All I want it a fitness tracker that records all steps/activity during the day, heart rate, BP and acts like a watch with date and time. No GPS, no answering the phone playing music or anything just tracking what is actually important for health. No required accounts or data mining. Just connects to my phone and record my data securely so I can look at my progress. Fitbit used to do this, I loved my fitbits but then Google bought them and the now suck. Sigh... capitalism.

More Kitchen alchemy...
Experiment #1: chicken meatballs in a sundried tomato sauce. This will be going over spaghetti squash and zoodles this week.
